They must open a Paypal account to receive their payments.

Here, homeowners and property managers take advantages of our website to list and advertise their properties. If for some reason, homeowners do not want to rent their properties during a certain period of time, they can simply update their calendar as unavailable or booked period.

The longer the ad is listed on our website, the better promoted the property will be. The link for the property will be made available to a vast number of prospective renters.

It is better if the property is updated at least once per week.

TRAVELERS pay with credit card to book with us in just one click! The calendar needs to be updated to avoid problems!

After registering their properties, homeowners will receive a confirmation email. It is necessary that the house rules are very clear to help guests understand what is required of them.

Once we open the homeowner’s account, the TRAVELER may book any property available immediately after making the payment by credit card. This payment will guarantee the traveler’s reservation and down payment. The bookings’ payment goes straight to the homeowner account that was already been registered with Paypal.
